Trying to Stream. Keeps going in a loop to sign in
Sign in. Click watch now. Have latest chrome on win10. Try clicking on a show to watch. Goes back to sign in. Keeps repeating everytime I try this.

Have you refreshed cookies, cache, and browser history? Have you verified that there are no ad-blockers, antivirus, or otherwise website limitations enabled?
The simple thing to do would be to see if it works on a different browser or on the DIRECTV app for your tablet/phone. That way, you can rule out the fact that your account was locked.
