TVE support on Logo TV Live

Seem to have issues logging into Logo's website:

Logo TV Live | logotv.com

Even though I have the Ultimate DirecTV Stream Package

I used to have the Ultimate package with Dtv satellite and I never could log into the logo website. I don't think Dtv supports the app even though they have the channel. I also used to have Mediacom cable with Logo and they didn't support the app either...even though they are both listed on the Logo login. 

What is the error message you get?

Should work. And you have the correct package. I'd contact live chat support and/or Logo.

At a guess, since U-Verse (which is still AT&T) works but both DTV and DTV Stream fail before even getting to an authorization screen, they are trying to contact the wrong authorization server - that is, their authorization link is bad.  Odd, as the other ViacomCBS apps I tried are working OK and my experience is that generally all of the apps within a network "family" use a common authentication mechanism.
