TV's internet connection
More and more, the TV shows stop, show a little circle and then show a screen that says: "No internet connection. Run Network Diagnostics". Clicking on those and then pressing to get back to the show is frustrating.

Sounds like the internet connection is poor. What upload and download speeds are you getting? Is this an issue with other streaming devices (if you have multiple)?

I don't know the speeds, I'm afraid. I'm not having any trouble with the computer. ATT provided the router.

Run a speed test from your browser. Then report the results back here. i assume you are using Wi-Fi and not an Ethernet connection, right? How far are you from the router?

Just key speed test on your browser. You will get a list of testing offerings select one and run the test.

If you have a Directv stream box go to the settings icon---help--and run a networks diagnostics. Compare that to a computer speed test at speedtest.net and let us know the results. Also, if u have their box connect an ethernet cable.

I get that on mine, and when I exit and return to Directv Stream, it freezes at the opening logo. I have to remove the channel and re-install. This happens 2 times a day on every one of my Roku devices.
It is an improvement over previously when it required me to go through the full log-in each time then forcing me to change my password too.
And it isn't an internet speed issue. I can stream every other app including running live sports at higher resolution without any problem even with multiple devices streaming simultaneously.
