Two more Blank screens on DirecTV Stream recording playback in one hour
Reoccurring Black Screen during DirecTV Stream replay. Problem was researched by DirecTv Stream support.
A request was made by DirecTV staff support to unplug my DirecTV Stream Device for 30 seconds and test again. I did on 1/19/22.
While playing back recorded Chicago Fire program the blank screen problem happened twice in one hour.
Any more suggestions?
