Unable to get NFL Ticket living in apartment complex
who do we need to contact regarding eligibility??? We reside in a 4 story apartment complex we do not have a balcony and it is a violation of our lease for any type of satelite...Why is it saying we are not eligible? We have been NFL ticket holders since its inception but now have sold our home and are temporarily (1 year) in this complex..

Here is an interesting article that many HOAs and property management people need to read. Been through it, in a community, where they tried to stop people from installing satellite dishes and antennas.
Read this article.

I believe the OTARD rules only apply to owned, not rented, property. And it definitely doesn't cover the case where there is no "private" place to actually mount an antenna - such as this case where there is no balcony. That is, it doesn't require an association to allow an antenna to be placed in common areas. So it wouldn't help the OP.
I'm not sure how the "eligibility checker" determines whether a particular location is eligible or not. They do say:
so not all multi-dwelling buildings necessarily qualify even if it would seem a particular building should. Unfortunately, as the other thread indicates, it seems very hard to reach a Customer Service person who can deal with Sunday Ticket streaming issues.
