Unable to log into starz app

I select provider (directtv) but when I put my credentials is says 'hmmm not the right credentials'. I even doubled check my log in info and it is correct why is it not recognizing?

Hi @mmcraeellins, let's take a closer look at what's causing this.

 

First, let us know if you're getting an error code along with the on-screen message you're seeing.

 

Also, have you already tried to click on "Forgot password" and reset your login credentials?

You should be selecting DirecTV Stream as the provider from the other provider listing. DirecTV is the selection for satellite subscribers.

Well a simple solution if the STARZ app acts up would be to just use the DIRECTV app on your phone’s App Store or Google Play Store. Then, log in with your DIRECTV STREAM email and password and you should be able to watch STARZ and the whole on-demand library.
