Unable to login on Chrome

Seeing this when trying to login even after going through the recovery process and changed password.  Interestingly the other logged in devices haven't auto logged off yet, they continue to run using the old password.  Roku and Chrome especially.

Any new logins using either the old or new password fail.  This is in Chrome and Apple TV.

Incorrect user ID or password. After too many attempts, you’ll need to recover your ID or reset your password.Care code: 201 [LU100]

"Care Codes" are associated to DirecTV Satellite, not DirecTV Stream. Are you a previous subscriber to DirecTV or AT&T? Are you using the same credentials for both services? They need to be different. Try logging into your account and change your email address to a different one.

Never had satellite. 2nd password change worked just now. First one did not after verifying account etc. 

So….i just have to remember the 2nd password change when all the devices eventually log out.
