What channel/content is it specifically?
As this is a public forum, we have absolutely no clue if you can view it again. We are customers just like you. You’ll need to get in contact with DIRECTV STREAM or the content owner if you’d like to learn more about the nature of the issue.

An example is TCM where there are classic movies where DIRECTV might have no rights for them, so from time to time they blackout them, but outside of that content you should be able to watch TCM. Like @detuch254 says, you need to be more specific so we can help you.

Not every program or episode in a series has a streaming rights agreement with the tv provider it happens with ALL pay tv streaming providers the channel itself isn't blacked out just certain episodes

I have seen this on several live sports events. Example: When ever the Orlando City soccer team has a game on one of the local stations I get this message. It appears DirecTV Stream doesn't have rights to broadcast their games. I get all other programs on this channel. But when I use my OTA antenna, I can view the games.
