Video portion of stream stopped for several hours

Fix descriptions posted here talk of 'devices.'  I recently moved and changed from satellite to stream.  Directv neither mentioned nor provide any device.  I am using Amazon Firesticks.  I still have the satellite box.

You need to cancel your directv satellite subscription by calling directv (number in my greeting below). You will be instructed to return your directv equipment to a participating FedEx or UPS location in order to avoid the equipment non-return fee. Following your cancellation of satellite services, you can sign up for directv stream using a different email address than the one used for directv satellite. At this point, you may choose to order DIRECTV Gemini air devices (streaming devices for DIRECTV STREAM).
