Watching an On Demand show cuts off before end

When watching an on demand show the show spontaneously cuts off before the end (black screen moves to a watch now channel or black screen and moves forward to start another on demand show in the the same series--not consecutive.  Frustrating to watch a show and want to see the ending. Doesn't happen in My library of shows I have recorded--only the on demand shows. I relocated the episode again and forwarded up to the end.  It appears that the whole episode is not included.

What is going on with that and how to fix it?

Turn off auto play next episode in the settings.

Well, not so great. I got thru most of the steps and now having another couple of issues.  Now when I go to On Demand and select a show I no longer have the option to play.  I can only "rec series" or "bookmark series".  This is even for very past date episodes. Several of the episodes have titles in Spanish.  Not sure what is going on or how to trouble shoot.

Ugh!  I finally found an episode I could "play now".  It is cutting off sooner than it was before. No fun to watch the show when you can't get to the ending before it moves on.  I made it thru all the steps including uninstalling and reinstalling.

Any another ideas?
