We moved out of state and are still getting old local channels
We moved to Texas recently and are still getting Oregon local channels. How do we get the system to understand our new location? We get local commercials but incorrect network regional programming.

Did you change the address, billing zip code on your credit card with Directv stream?

Yes we did. I'm just not sure what the timeframe for an update would be. So far it's been 2 days.

If you are using a DirecTV Stream box, go to "Settings/Preferences/Location Settings" Hit "Set New Home Location" and make sure "Home Location" is connected.

U can also look in the Dtv Stream box settings-system-general-sytem summary to see the zip codes listed for ip location zip code and billing zip code.
