White Pop Up box on Osprey STB’s while watching live TV or Apps.
I have 3 Osprey STB’s that every 10-20 minutes a white pop up box appears on the screen as if it is loading something, but is not. This happens while on Live TV or streaming video from any other app. I have reset, verified software current. One of my STB’s is connected to a projector. I had seen another post with people having the same issue.

The only way to get it to go away is to bring the guide or Home Screen up, then go back to the channel. This is extremely annoying when it happens while watching on an app, to have to exit then open again.

Which software version do u have? When did it start happening? Is it happening on specific apps or all of them?

It is every streaming/on demand app, and live TV. Started last week. I’ll have to check the version.
