Why is CBS Sports Network (channel 221) missing from lineup?
Wondering if anyone has encountered this or can advise me on a solution.
I have a DirecTV Stream account, premier tier. My channel lineup, whether I am in my primary location in NC or secondary location in Northern VA, *does* include CBS Sports Network (channel 221).
My mom has her own DirecTV Stream account, also premier tier. Her channel lineup at her location in Central VA *does not* include CBS Sports Network (channel 221) even though that channel is advertised as being included in premier.
We both stream through updated Apple TV devices. I have Xfinity as my ISP. Her internet, provided by her retirement community, is provisioned like at a hotel.
Any idea why she does not have access to CBS Sports Network?
