Wrong program playing

Same thing here in the Orlando market. The guide shows a Panther hockey game and you click on it and get a poker game show.

I called to ask about it the other day and after about 45 minutes I got the CSR to understand what is going on. She was very nice but didn't understand that Bally Sports Florida and Sun have numerous channels and On DirecTV Stream they only put one of each on line. So when you have The Heat, Magic, Panthers and Lightning playing at the same time and only have 2 channels, your only going to get get 1/2 of the teams they tell you that you have. I had DirecTV satellite before I switched to DirecTV Stream and living in the same zip code got all the teams they told me I would but we sometimes had up to 6 channels, in the guide, between Bally (then Fox) Sports Florida and Sun.

Anyway after about 45 minutes she checked with a supervisor and came back to me that the issue would be elevated to the higher ups and someone would call me back with and answer. Still waiting for a call.
