ABC On Demand not playing bak
I've tried watching several shows from ABC on demand the last couple of days and they won't play. They appear in listing as usual but won't playback when I push play. I've tried on demand shows for another network and they played back fine, so it must have to do with ABC. Has the show content not been downloaded to Uverse on demand? ATT techs: please check because I don't want to get too far behind on episodes. This is inconvenient and we are longtime uverse customers. Thank you

What program, specifically, are you trying to access?
All of the ABC shows I attempted to access was available.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

I have only 2 shows appearing on my ABC on demand, 2 appearing for CBS - why can I not see all of the on demand shows offered on these channels? I pay a significant amount each month for Uverse???

The networks determine what OD content is available.
It has become increasingly evident that the networks are putting more & more on demand programming on their own streaming apps.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

I can only see The Bachelor on ABC On Demand. I want to have General Hospital return. The money I pay monthly is ridiculous to have this feature taken away!!!

In addition, our ATT service is horrendous. We’re told our neighborhood has extremely outdated equipment and there is no plan to update it. Our telephone service is not available 75% of the time. Calling ATT is useless. Nobody cares.

A lot of channel owners are now opting to put their shows exclusively on their own apps and websites. Part of your U-Verse bill does include access to shows via the apps.
800-288-2020 for technical support. If you have future questions or concerns, please start a new thread vs replying to an old one.
