Ok people before making demands and threatening to cancel please try and understand the reality of the situation.
Bloomberg's carriage agreement came up.
Negotiations did not complete by the time it ended.
Bloomberg chose to pull the feed (as is their right) instead of leaving channel on as a sign of good faith while negotiations continued.
Common tactic for channel owner to try and leverage customer to have high rates.
Perhaps it will come back one day, perhaps not.
Nobody is entitled to any particular channel.
All TV providers go through negotiations so switching does not make you immune.
And for anyone talking about DirecTV, they have been separated into their own forum. Home page of AT&T forum has link to DirecTV, and of course DirecTV's forum has a link back to AT&T.

This is why ATT needs to drop bundling. Let us pick channels ala carte. If a channel raises prices and it loses subscribers, there is market clarity. I would be happy to stop paying for bundled channels I do not watch to fund channels I do watch
Channel owners do not allow al-a-cate. Consider how many channels are under Disney or Viacom ownership. The have long since had the industry in a spot where channel owners package their channels to TV providers which in turn must package to us.
An al-a-carte option would be better for the customer in theory. Though the risk is the channel owners would raise individual costs to make up the difference. As for the TV provider, well they can't both concede to channel owners and make customers happy.
Us customers are in the middle, but I daresay the same could be said about the TV providers. I feel less so about the channel owners themselves.

To its credit, U-verse TV has stayed the course and never touched its package structure, and I bet it will remain this way for the rest of existence. The new reality is if you want specific content, most likely means picking up a subscription to another streaming service. It would be against common sense that any single channel will have that big sn impact on a large cable provider. I’ve seen lots of individual channels come and go and most of us are still here.

Let’s get Bloomberg back on AT&T now. Folks that say there are alternatives to watch including ATT obviously are not very interested in economics and investing as Bloomberg is the premium source of business news in the world. Why settle for less? I purchased a Roku setup so I can watch Bloomberg on Pluto but you can’t record or backup the broadcast and the quality of broadcast is limited. Come on ATT. Get the contract done!!!
Unfortunately this is not simply continuing negotiations, they have ended for now. Perhaps one day they will try again, but that is anyone's guess. If you cannot live without the channel you will need to find another source.

When we got ATT, Direct TV, it was because of Bloomberg Channel. I want my channel back or else I quit Direct TV. I give direct TV 10 days to restore my channel or I will revolt against Direct TV. Trust me, I can go to another Carrier, but if I do, Direct TV will lose a lot of Customers along myself.
I will quit ATT . I will also get them exposed on line and will cause them to lose a lot of Customers when I post this on Facebook and the Internet. I have 4 of my kids, myself and my son in law who has Direct TV with ATT. Guess what all will be gone.
Can you tell us what service and package you have with us?
