How does anyone get in touch with a customer support manager or executive?

When normal methods of communicating with ATT U-Verse support fails to provide results, how does someone find a manager or executive to handle the situation.  I have had 3 technicians, called the last tech and left 3 messages as well as writing to the "manager" on the latest service report multiple times.  Neither have responded.  Is the only solution to cancel my service???  I'm not a very happy customer right now.

The best way is to send a PM(private message) through this site to @ATTU-verseCare.

They we get back to you with-in 2 business days.

Thanks for the info. However, I do think it's a crappy method since many
older customers aren't going to understand or can even follow this path.
Customer Service must be really bad when you can't find a phone number for
them!

Please do not underestimate the ability of "older" customers to comprehend today's technology.  We're way smarter than some give us credit for.  Smiley LOL

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
