Loss of channels

AT&T has failed to properly prepare for the  anticipated end of contract negotiation with Nexstar - resulting in the loss of ABC station, a MAJOR network. This continues to happen, as in the past, when other channels were removed from the lineup - as your customers continue to pay increased costs in service. We set up another TV(purchased an antennae) that would give us this basic channel for the interim - assuming we will get the channel back at some time in the future!  I think it's time to contact other providers who can provide continuing service that we PAY for and don't get with AT&T.

Dumped bein sport. Dumped pac 12. Dumped world fishing. Dumped NFL. No CBS for a month. Still no Nexstar. No ACC.

 

Hey AT&T how about doing us a favor and stop “fighting for us” while we still have some channels left.

@Anonymous I think this is all part of AT&T's plan with Uverse; just let it slowly die until there's no channels left to watch. Before that time, hopefully the new streaming service is up.

hopefully the new streaming service is up.

 

Directv now could be the worst streaming service out there not to mention the most expensive. What makes you think the “new service” will be any better. Sorry but I’ll pass on all AT&Ts garbage.

Do you have any idea when we will be able to watch local channel 8, WFLA here in Tampa?  We are missing a great deal of our favorite programs and strongly considering changing providers.

Why has my bill increased $75 from last month to this month when I can’t even watch ABC? I’ve had U-verse for 2 years and I’m a little shocked by the increase. I’m probably switching to Xfinity so I can watch college football on ABC and so I also don’t have to restart my receivers once a week but just curious to the increase.

All providers have this problem so moving is a short term fix.  No one knows when Nexstar will return the feed.

KOVR in Sacramento (CBS) is not owned by Nexstar. So your daughter is unaffected by negotiations with Nexstar.

I am paying monthly fees to have this channel in my lineup. I want to know when you will be refunding the fees I am paying for services. I have not had service since early July.

we've been blacked out of CBS for about a month.  I am paying extra for CBS all access.  When will we have the local CBS (out of West Palm Beach, FL) return?  I have heard that AT&T TV Now is giving rebates for the lack of service.  I tried calling but was transferred to a recording to look on online.  This is not acceptable!

Log in to your account for a $5 credit. Then, during regular business hours, call the retentions office and politely ask them how they can lower your bill.

About $50/mo off my U-300

About $20-30/mo off my internet (they recently asked if I wanted to upgrade my speed for free or another $10/mo off. I took the money back.)

About $5/mo off my U-Verse landline.

When will you be bale to provide local channel 4 here in COlumbus, Ohio as well as the NFL network which I had subscribed too?  If not soon, I will have to leave your company due to my preferences watching football and the local channel 4 NBC here in Columbus.  Thanks!
