Major League Baseball Coverage Question in Arkansas

For the past several years, I have been able to watch Uverse Channels 1748 and 1751 to get Royals and Cardinals games.  This year they are blacked out.  I don't want to pay for my premium sports package if these are no longer included.  What is the deal here?  Arkansas is still considered home market for Royals and Cardinals.  I still am able to get the Rangers and Astros games.  Please help.
