Missing Episodes / Ratings / Reminders / Remote Control Issues

I'm attempting to view season 4 of Game of Thrones. I've finally found it on uVerse, but it's missing episodes 2, 6, 7. Any idea why? (When searching for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, only Real Housewives of Melbourne comes up, and then there is only one episode. 😕 

 

Also, Comcast had the ratings for movies available, but I'm unable to find this feature. Such a nice feature!  

 

Anyone else having problems with their remote not responding at times? Mine seems to be malfunctioning. While trying to switch between sources, i.e., video, CD, DVD, etc. none of the remotes respond. It's only the cursor that stops working when trying to navigate up or down to choose the appropriate source. 

 

Oh, and when I find a program I'd like to watch I'm unable to set a "Reminder." The only options that appear to be available are Record and Don't Record. Any suggestions?

 

I knew the learning curve might be a bugger after 30 years on Comcast, but this seems to be less self-explanatory than usual for IT.

I will assume you are finding issues with the On Demand features.  That being said, I will offer the following information.

 

Item 1:   Uverse provides to subscribers what is provided to them.  Incomplete series episodes seems to be a problem with other shows, too.  Reason unknown but sometimes the missing episodes will appear later.

 

Item 2:  MPAA ratings are provided on the "Summary" screen, right hand side.

Item 3: Slow remote most likely is in need of new batteries.  If that doesn't fix it, you can get a new one for free.  Call Customer Service.

 

Item 4:  Uverse does not have a reminder feature.  I, too, miss that feature but you get used to recording programs.  This is your only option.

 

Finally, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.  I'm the poster child for that!
