NBC, WTHR, CBS - September Contract Negotiation
Why was NBC dropped from the channel lineup? This is a major network that I watch frequently. I am not happy about this change and don't remember receiving any notification of this change.

I'm missing a lots of sports channel. I am particularly a Cowboy and Falcon fan. I was not able to view either of these games this past Sunday. I need ABC and NBC added back. WXTX is truly missed. Replace these channels with all that unnecessary pay advertisement junk channels. I'm really not happy about my local channels not being available. At this point I might as well purchase the stick device and just watch movies all day! Again, I'm not a happy customer!!!!

Fox 40 has been off the air for over a month on my AT&T U verse package. This has caused me to miss some college football games, all Fox NFC football broadcasts, and now the World Series. They will not give me any kind of credit on my bill for not having these broadcasts available. They are still receiving income from subscribers even though they are not paying this station any longer. Seems fair that the savings should be passed along to the viewers that no longer have the entire television lineup that was advertised when they signed up. I intend to drop this service to do the lack of effort put in to return full programming. I will drop not only their U verse, but will also drop any other service currently with AT&T. BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am being credited in the 'ENORMOUS' amount of $5/month! LOL! It was deducted from the first bill after the network was gone. The next month I had to call the cads to request the lousy
5 bucks credit! This stinks! Time to call Spectrum. They will pay off your contract to get you as a customer. And they never require a contract!

the local access fee on my bill is 5 and some change so at least you get that back
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

Let me know how to assist. I got into the ATT group because I was not happy with the local cable company. Let me know what to do so I don'r have to go back to antenna and just drop the uverse altogether.

I just called Uverse, and they said the contract ended and they are in dispute. They have no idea when The CW will be back

Uverse says that they’re in a dispute with The CW and don’t know when they’re going to have a new contract. So until they figure it out, no CW on Uverse.

Why did At&T Uverse drop the CW channel? I dvred Riverdale and it wasn't recorded. Then I found that the CW channel doesn't exist.
