U-verse app: Guide not loading

Have been seeing this for a few days, could have been going on longer:

App opens, seems to function, but every channel, every day, has a single program "Not available" that runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.  Tried clearing cache: no change.  Tried clearing data: no change.  (Note that while it cleared my username and password so that I had to log back in, it apparently stored my favorite channels online, because I didn't have to set them back up.)

I have the most recent version available from Google Play Store.

Good mornig and sorry to hear you're having issues.  Can you please post the build # and device model & build you're using.

I was advised the issue is fixed for you.  Please be sure to close out the ap and reopen it first to let me knoiw if it the guide populates.

I closed the app from the recent apps view and reloaded it and the Guide populated with real content.  Thanks!

So... was this an issue with my account or a regional issue or... ?
