When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?
When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area. Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA. Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

however, in this crappy response you are correct that I am paying for tv service. My service on channel 11 is not working so I need a credit because I am not getting service. The response proves how crappy customer service is. Good job&n(Edited per community guidelines)p;

You are paying for a TV service, not specific individual channels.

CBS All-Access, an antenna or the Locast app are three ways to get CBS.

All programming for all NBC Channel 5 programming is being blocked by your stupid greedy "negotiations". Get it together and reinstate them ASAP! I don't appreciate this especially during Covid! Being in isolation is bad enough, but to block our favorite programs that provide an escape and relief really (Edited per community guidelines)!

Do what ever it takes to take care of your CUSTOMERS! If it cost you money pay it. This is ridiculous that we pay for a tv subscription and can not even get our LOCAL CHANNELS!

My TV service of local channel 3 has cutoff service while the two parties argue. When it rain I lose all TV until it stops. This around 10 times a year. When it snow heavy I have to climb up on ladder and knock the snow off the dish to get a signal. I called Customer Service and they told me I could not get one. I told them I would soon be no longer a DirecTV customer if my problems could not be solved with local connect box. I can understand why a company would want to lose an $174 a month over a less than $100 box. I will be deciding who to switch to in the next few weeks. I had reached my limit and most likely switch back to Spectrum even thou they have crappy equipment. They do not have snow and rain problem, just bad equipment

Channel 5, KENS in San Antonio, was dropped from AT&T. This has created a complete screw-up for people wanting the CBS programming. This has prompted us to seek a new carrier if we want CBS programming. I, for one, chose AT&T because we could bundle it with our phone service, which we have had for over 40 years. I dropped the previous carrier because their pricing became outrageous as their advertising was aimed at new people who were then jumped to a higher cost. That is known as bait and switch. Unless something is done, we will drop out of AT&T. For someone like us who are seniors, over 80 and retired, this can be a "deal breaker."

Just fix the problem. This is annoying and I’m sure I’m not alone while I am looking into other way less expensive ways to get my TV. I’m quickly getting over U-Verse.

YouTube TV doesn't have any channel owned by Sinclair. This could include local channels and your regional sports channel(s).
This customer-to-customer forum isn't monitored by AT&T, save a very small handful. Some of these employees could work at AT&T stores. They may not even have U-Verse or DirecTV.
