When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?
When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area. Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA. Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

Att and direct tv charge way to much they pull the channels you do watch and keep all the channels you don’t watch and charge all this money when ever I get the chance I’m out!!!! This is not good customer service they don’t care about the customer anymore it’s all greed !!!! Shame on you. This was the worst experience ever I’ve all ways had Comcast moved to texas and in my area we can only have att direct tv I’m ending my services this is horrible for you to treat paying customers like this . Also they never negotiate with long time customers, the bill just keeps going up !!!! Rip off shame on you !!!!

I have been a ACTIVE watcher to KUSA for 51 years! I use them for ALL of my local news because they are more detailed than any other news program in my area! This is TOTAL CRAP!! I will be changing my TV service after 25+ years with DIRECT TV! The money I pay for this service is outrageous when can’t even get a local channel!!

I think if TEGNA and AT&T don't resolve this issue soon we will definitely switch to another carrier!!! Our bill is enormous and this is simply not an acceptable way to run your businesses especially when we are living through a pandemic which requires us to be home!!! This was done at a time that was deliberately chosen by companies who don't care about their customers. Thank you for ruining our time at home with our families!

I dont understand why the customer is always the one who suffers when you guys have a channel dispute We went thru this with channel 4 earlier and now with channnel 9 I really think you just want us to change to Comcast or Xfinity since they dont seem to have these problems FIX IT!!

I'm disgusted with AT&T. From the research I've done - and will do more - this is a pattern of their heavy-handed negotiations with local station owners. AT&T attempts to beat them down and the consumers suffer. I'm going to find alternatives to AT&T and urge everyone who is dissatisfied with them do likewise. There are too many internet alternatives available for us to put up with our 'pawn status' while the bullies fight it out.

@jemooney09 If all you have with AT&T internet, why are you posting here? What would you do when your new TV provider doesn't try to fight to keep costs low?

When can I see my favorite programs on channel 8 and 9. I really do miss my favorite channels on CBS and channel 9. My Sunday Mass is really missed. I hate not being able to go to church, but now I can't see it on Sunday, too. This is to much.

Please resolve the issue with TEGNA as soon as possible. Long-time U-verse subscriber, but I will leave if I can not get NBC programming. The cable company would be happy to welcome me back.

I have been a loyal member for years.
I called a week and a half ago about NBC and maybe canceling my account.
I will be canceling my account if NBC is not back on before Sunday.
We recently added Apple TV and will do our TV watching through that if this isn't settled before then.
