When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?
When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area. Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA. Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

I have logged into my account. I see nothing. Unless it doesn't work on the mobile site. Unfortunately their Full Site will not load on my phone.

After losing TWO channels (6, 8) you only give a one-time $20 refund? Wow. My daily morning news program was on one of those channels. And there is so much more I'm (we're) missing. The refund feels like a pat on the head. Ridiculous. Please. Fix. This.

Do we know when we will get back CBS on our Uverse subscription in San Diego? It has been a couple of weeks and still no resolution between ATT and CBS. Maybe that is why ATT gave me HBO Max free, but it is NOT the same.

This is nonsense. TEGNA and ATT need to work this out yesterday, because it is inexcusable for us to go so long without our NBC TV -- and don't hand me a line about infernal Locast, which interrupts constantly and has to be watched on our laptop rather than our TV. Come to an agreement, or both of you can expect to lose us permanently.

I live in a remote area where we cannot receive a decent television signal for our "local" national networks, like ABC in Dallas, so we are forced to pay DirectTV for access to our local news, weather (critical during tornado season), and COVID information. There is no cable TV here. Yet, I now have a note on Channel 8 from DirectTV blaming WFAA for refusing to work with them to continue broadcasting. I go to WFAA online and there is a note from them blaming DirectTV and AT&T for the same thing. I don't care who is at fault. We rely on our local network news. I am paying for something I am no longer receiving; in fact, I am paying for something that should be free. FIGURE IT OUT WFAA. FIGURE IT OUT DIRECTTV. There are considerations greater than how many cents per household you pay or collect for broadcasting. Getting local national network signals into every home should be considered an essential public service.

When are you going to put NBC back on? I'm really angry about this. This is apart of programming package I'm paying for and I feel you are ripping me and other customers off . Make a deal for God's sake. Some of my favourite shows are on NBC you've cut them right off in the middle of them. At least give me and other customers a discount on our already expensive monthly Bill's as long as you keep NBC off the air.Has greed taken over corporations that bad? Please make a deal and put NBC BACK ON!!!!

I’m recommending to my friends we all move to Spectrum. We all move you lose. Surely you can find a way to work things out with CBS. Give us SOME KIND OF HOPE. and by the way. Seems CBS was part of what I paid for. I think we deserve a refund.

When are you going to end this asinine dispute. The amount of money I pay you, you should be setting here reading me books while it is ongoing. Either end this or you set here and listen to my wife grill my (Edited per community guidelines) as to why I haven't already gone with another provider! You don't seem to understand that that dish is no treat and having to go out and clear snow so that I get a signal or loose signal every time a cloud rolls by, just when I would really like to get the weather report. You're sales people said they would save me money. They doubled my monthly cost. Fix this or you're fired!!!!!!!!!

I'm with you 100%. I pay a lot of $$$ each month for this service, and if I have to rely on antenna or streaming for major network (NBC channel 13 WTHR in Indianapolis), I may as well kiss ATT Uverse goodbye and use my antenna and streaming for everything we watch. RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES WITH TEGNA! I should have to be the one prodding TEGNA. That's YOUR job - I'm paying YOU for it!
