Replacement DVR
I have a HD DVR, Model HR21-100 that is stopping and skipping. I have had it for 17 years. If I ask Direct TV for a replacement, what model will they replace it with? How much will I have to pay (or do I have to pay) as the dvr is leased from Direct Tv?

channel 312 sound cutting out during programming
anyone else experiencing this? during commercial sound was fine and when programming returns, sound continuously cuts out. Now it's happening on commercials too. I reported to Directv. doesn't appear to be happening on any other channels. No issues last night, so far happening all
