Non working apps on direct tv but I am paying for
Over the past week, I noticed a couple of the apps specifically Hulu and Paramount+ are not working. I contacted directly customer service and they had me reboot the TV and then I had to restart everything all the apps that are on my TV and I still can’t get Hulu, plus when I try to watch Paramount+ the screen says my area is not supported. I contacted DIRECTV customer service and they finally told me that the box was probably out of warranty, but they are not giving me any solution as to replace it or what to do. I can’t get this off my mind and I am just tempted to go by a fire stick And cancel DIRECTV I do not want to pay for something that I am not receiving service for I would appreciate any solutions to this dilemma. Thank you.
