DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

My Vizio supports HDR but after selecting the top resolution choice (3840x2160p 60 Hz "Recommended" in the directv device setup the HDR switch is off and cannot be changed.

I have an LG smart TV and I am trying to connect DIRECTV stream via T-Mobile home Internet 5G. I keep getting a care code 902.

Is there a setting to show the date and not just the time? It's extremely weird it doesn't show the date.
