DirectTV Business app requiremetns

I setup 5 TV's with Direct TV at a restaurant and want to use the Business App on a tablet to control all the stations. The model of the receivers are the H24's with the ethernet port on the back. Besides registering the devices in the app, are there any other requirements like DECA?

TV display changes sizes

Today, while watching TV, the screen display size changes automatically. Never happened before. If I use ok button, it will change back to HD mode, but then it changes back again to smaller screen display. How do I 'fix' it?

Direct TV box and HDMI splitter

Have direct tv box. TV is plugged into it and works fine. Just bought Vizio 65" smart tv. Can I use and hdmi splitter plugged into box and then connect both tv's to splitter? I tried and receive video signal but no audio. If i unplug everything, start from scratch, i receive both audio and video. i

Glitching

My recording are glitching and skipping also one of my genie mini the hdmi port isn't working since a storm. I had to hook it up to a old tv with a composite cable. Channels are pixelating on HR-54 and error 771 on HR-24

I have been having issues with pixelating on my local channels. Resetting the HR-54 seemed to fix it, but then I would have an issue again.
