I installed the new modem they sent to replace my old modem/router. Now, my computer sees the internet, my phone sees it, but not the Direct TV.

On my DVR receiver, the guide keeps popping up randomly. it's not a functional guide, all it does is obstruct the view. the only way to get it to go away is to bring up the actual guide and exit. but it comes back a few minutes later. what can i do to fix this?

Is the Gemini remote supposed to work the genie receiver as well?

Concerning a new install, I understand there is a 24 hour window for canceling. Is there any kind of charge for the install and then... uninstall if one is not satisfied?

My mother is a customer of Direct TV/AT&T. She has had that service for approx 5+ years. The original installation was mounted thru shingled roof top. I have the protection plan. My receiver went out. They came to replace it. I asked if this would extend my service commitment and he said no it is covered under warranty. Get my new bill and now it says my commitment is until January 2026. Also, took away my Lifetime FREE DVR service saying because
