Curious I have had the same equipment for some time now. I have heard you can request updated equipment if you equipment is over two years old. Is these any truth to this?

All these Gemini have same model number. I’m told if I want to hook it up to my satellite system not streaming service it needs certain software ? I see many for sale on eBay they all have same model number. I want to get one to add to my HR54 system.

I have DTV - satellite. Looking to switch internet providers. Question surrounds set-up with Verizon Gateway unit, old router has ethernet cable from a DTV device that is screwed onto a coaxial cable, do I just plug that same ethernet cable into the Verizon Gateway unit?

Our tv is randomly turning off and then back on. It seems to be doing this while watching live tv, recorded shows or subscription tv (Netflix). We have a Gemini Air. We are new to DIRECTV , any help would be much appreciated. It has been very frustrated. Thanks

We just switched back to DIRECTV and I am having issues with the HDR on the Gemini receiver.
