I was notified by email that my credit card automatic payment did not go through. I went into my account and attempted to update my payment information. 3 different cards I submitted were declined. All of them work every where else I use them and are all current. I believe something is wrong with yo

I finally cancelled DTV satellite due to constant drop outs. I subscribed to Streaming service. The online account link is faulty, I tried to get support but after 9 handoffs i quit. I want to cancel my service. Can someone tell me how without using the non functional phone service?

I think it is time to start writing complaints to ATT Streaming Services by customers for lack of providing the Fox station we are paying for. Start with Formal written complaints to w everyones State Consumer Dept for theft of service and copy the FCC. This has been going on for 90 days with no end

The card on direct tv file was hacked back in august. I have given direct my new card number more than 5 times. You still keep sending my $460 to the old card. I have spoken with multiple people at my bank and they close the card completely so they won’t/can’t move the deposit over to currrent card

During the off season ESPN is plenty of sports for us and it's included in the base entertainment plan. During football season, we'd also like to have SEC network. Can I easily change to the choice plan in the fall and then change back to entertainment when football season is over?

I got my refund on to an ATT debit card but IDK what the amount is for. I can't the stupid Northland site to work and calling anyone is freaking impossible to talk to a human and automated is asking for options I don't need.. GIVE ME A HUMAN tell me what my card balance is.

I pay over $135 a month for direc tv stream including the additional add on for Spanish channels which include telemundo. I called and they claimed this channel has been removed in my lineup since July which is false. Looks like it’s been removed recently probably in part to the World Cup happening.
