Why is the uverse app not compatible with my samsung galaxy s23 phone? Is there a fix for this?

CONFIRM ACP ASSIGNED TO CORRECT ACCOUNT AND CREDIT BALANCE ON INTERNET SERVICE BE APPLIED TO MY PRE-PAID CELL SERVICE. I got AT&T service (Phone, internet, and Uverse TV) at my current address in 1994(29 years ago). Since that time the 911 addressing system has been implemented and all the addresses have changed. I was able to change my mailing address for billing but there is no way of changing the service address.
