Watching recorded shows on my MAC- What has happened to recorded shows that should be in "My Library"?
I often watch my recorded programs on my Macbook Air & I logged in to do so and no programs are listed under "My Library". In fact there is a big blue screen that says "My Purchases", and a URL to create an account to link my movies purchased to a "Movie Anywhere" site. No way to delete this screen!

Guides programming not showing up
From next Tuesday night onwards I can't see any channels programming on the guide. From channels 200 upwards. Tried resetting the box. It still says to be announced.

Music Choice Video and Audio channels have no sound
My Music Choice Audio and Video channel do not have sound. Video image is fine however. Already tried re-setting my receiver but there's no change. Advice?

Loss of New Orleans Local HD channels
Where i work we used to be able to watch the New Orleans local channels. Over the last few years the signal on sat 103s TPN 21 has diminished to the point that now we have no signal on tha transponder. What is going on with this? and what are our options to get these channels back?

Can't record shows or teams on LCC from a search. Have to do it manually from the Guide.
I dropped my local channels a few months ago to save some money. My Local Channel Connector (LCC) works well, except for what I mentioned in the Subject line. My favorite teams only show satellite channels and sets them to record, so I have to delete them, find the games in the Guide, and record the

Golf Channel audio issue
Golf Channel has audio of background (ball being hit, wind blowing, applause) but there is no audio of the announcers. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.

Blue screen with DIRECTV logo
My service will stop and all I get is a blue screen with the DIRECTV logo. This is the 2nd receiver doing the same thing. Once I reset the receiver - it’s ok for a few hours if I’m lucky. Any suggestions??

Unable to watch shows
When i launch the max app either through Roku or on my projector TV i am able to log in and get to main screen. However , when i click a show to watch it logs me out and asks me to connect to my provider. When i do that and i log back in the same thing happens.
