Watching on Satellite

CBS keeps blurring , stopping and starting and screen going black and on again.

When I click on the DIRECTV app on my iPad, all I get is a black screen. My iPad IOS is up-to-date. My DIRECTV app is up-to-date. I tried deleting the app and reloading. The problem persists. Please advise.

It's virtually impossible to watch a recorded event. When watching a recorded event, the program will freeze and we have to start the program over from the beginning and fast forward to where we were.

I subscribe to the Sports Pack. All channels work except Fox Sports 2 (channel 618). The channel shows as grayed out on the guide. My locals are gone as well. I can get them when streaming from DTV APP on my iPad. But can’t stream to TV. Made several calls to DTV and were no help at all after 60 minutes on phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
