Watching on Satellite

NBA app says - "Your plan does not include access to League Pass. Please contact your TV Provider to upgrade or Subscribe to League Pass below." NBA website says- Success! You now have access to NBA TV with your Subscription. but then gives the same error when you try to watch a game. My friend said

I got the DIRECTV NBA league pass this year it lets me watch all games on my TV but the app after I sign in with TV provider I can only watch the nba tv channel

This channel is in SportsPak, but is the only channel in that group that I can't recieve. Have done 3 restarts and refreshes and had Chat try for an hour. All to no avail. Others with SportsPak have said this channel is not working for them. Any other advice?

I have a subscription through DIRECTV for Starz. On the Starz app I can successfully use my TV Provider to login. I have general hospital set to record all episodes and it has not recorded in the last two days (Monday, 4/22 and Tuesday, 4/23). It shows set up to record, yet it does not record. General Hospital is #1 priority on our recording manager list. Why isn't this program recording?
