I tried to delete a TV show, and it said, "PLEASE WAIT." I waited forever and couldn't do anything so I refreshed with the Red button when it came back all my recordings were GONE,and new format? DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW I CAN GET MY RECORDINGS BACK? I recorded a show and it does not show in the list.?

We have replaced all of the cables attached to our Direct TV Boxes. We have also replaced the tower. We still have an issue is pixelization and frozen picture on playback of any recorded show. Any ideas to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Channels 646 and 649 are no longer in my channel lineup. Why is this? I was watching the Atlanta Braves on Bally Sports South or Bally Sports Southeast a couple of weeks ago, now the channels are missing. I am in area code 80904.
