Watching on Satellite

I have Directv Satellite and have been using the App instead of the receivers. I have been able to view all of my channels that I have in my package until yesterday. Now it is only allowing me to stream about 10 channels. All the other channels are saying I can’t stream them due to contractual oblig

I have my DVR set to record new episodes only of air disasters. However, it records old season episodes. DirecTV doesn't even show the number of the season correctly. An advertisement showed A new season starting next Saturday. When I went to look at that new season it showed season 3.

Channel 10 in Sacramento has 2 operating radio frequencies, RF Ch 10 and RF Ch 36 (repeater). I don't receive RF Ch10 but RF Ch 36 is very strong. How do I get rid of a section of closed captioning that is stuck on the screen. I have tried turning off closed captioning, successfully, but one or two lines remain visible on screen. How do I get rid of that without rebooting the entire system?

Hello everyone. My HR44 had a software update on 6/4/2024 0x1ab7 When you hit menu and get into the what's on now or playlist section I see that the color has changed from black to navy blue it looks like. Not sure why the changed the color and was wondering if anybody else's changed too.

Why do channels freeze every few minutes, especially channels 2 and 5? Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to come back on.
