Watching on Satellite

Decided to give DTV streaming a try. I have a FireTV Max for my streaming platform, and I also have the DirectV app installed on my Pixel phone. I am also a Genie DVR customer with Sat TV with 4 clients that I pay $7 a month for so I thought I would give streaming a try maybe to save that cost. Howe

Service down for three days now - support says it is an outage in the area. Would like to know (a) when this is likely to be restored and (b) how I can have our bill credited.
