Watching on Satellite

I see some people are not receiving some channels a town over from me in Elk Grove CA. My problem seems to be some channels I cannot get without streaming and others are ok. And the ones that stream says you cannot record or move forward/backwards. Any answers DTV or just another AT&T communication

Why does Direct TV not carry ESPN+?

Why is there no option to add any women's team in any sport to the "My Teams" section in sports? I am a fan of women's basketball and soccer and am frustrated there is no shortcut like there is for the men's teams. Is there any way for this to be fixed?
