Watching on Satellite

why am I getting this message on my HR-24 ??? All the other receivers in house never get this message when watching same channel and have never displayed it.. Even get it on local channels. 727 Sorry this program is not available in your area

We had to get a new cable box as ours was having issues. I know the things that were already recorded would be lost but we also lost everything we set up in the Series Manager for future recordings.
