I have a Directv Stream account that I access through the APP on my smart TV. If a show started at 8:00 pm and if I start watching at 8:10 pm, if I start the "record" function, it doesn't record the whole show. It only starts recording from 8:10 pm. How do I record the entire show. Thanks, Paulette

If u want to go directly to a channel, how do u do that if there are no channel numbers?

When I am scrolling through the guide and I get to the highest numbered channel, will the next channel be the lowest numbered channel? Or is it like GoogleTV where you have to scroll backwards to get to number 1?

The Apple TV remote will not work with closed captioning on Direct TV now. It used to work and it still does with another TV. It works on my iPad. Volume goes up & down during commercials. To the point it is impossible to hear OR through the roof loud. Very disappointing. No other apps have this issue. We just switched from Xfinity, which also never had any issues with this same exact RokuTV. Why is there no support?
