Picture problems streaming Netflix, Paramount+ and Max

While streaming select shows on Netflix, Paramount+ and Max, the picture is dark and without brightness, color and contrast. I have 2 Hisense TV purchased within the last year. Hisense does not have a fix and I am unable to get help from the streaming companies.

Gemini Air: When turning off cycles back on

Gemini Air: Have had a couple of months. Lately every so often when I turn off using remote cycles back to on and settles on an HDMI source not used then displays the error message re no source. Very weird. When I turn it off a second time it does go off.
