Guide just sits on Recent … no up, down, left, right

I've been receiving this message consistently in the evenings for the past 2 weeks. Watching sports is like watching robots. I get the spinning wheel of death and that message - programs stop, or become too blurry. Anyone?

While watching streaming videos from my library, I keep getting error code one 0007–013

Our Las Vegas local ABC news (KTNV) is not streaming on DirectTV. Instead, ABC News Live is airing. Anyone else in Vegas having the same issue? The Good Doctor went off but no Tricia Keen at 11p 😕

Can anyone help with this issue? It says I need a desktop box. I just signed up for dtv stream and I am On my home network. I was told they carry it, if its untrue please let me know. I have the choice package.
