Watching U-verse TV

Have been experiencing intermittent skipping/pausing in CBS broadcast for several days. CBS is the only channel on our account where we’re seeing/experiencing this issue.

Why do I have to go each time I use the U-verse app and whether I click the stay logged on box or not?

Tuned in to find out that some Ace at Frontier decided it wasn't worth the bother to them. I have Dish, but can't find it there, only HD which makes it cost more. Does anyone know a real channel on either Frontier or Dish?

Closed caption not in sync with program whether live tv or recording. The captioning is way behind the actual dialog. It will go really fast trying to catch up but it's always behind. I tried restarting the dvr, no luck.

I keep trying and it recognizes everything on the set up but when I try and watch it I get no picture or sound
