Watching U-verse TV

What the (Edited per community guidelines) is uverse? It has a bunch of random information about troubleshooting it and, ironically, zero information on what it actually is. Under “all services” it doesn’t even list it, in true unhelpful AT&T form.

I am having to sign on EVERY TIME I use the Uverse App, even though I checked Keep Me Signed on.

I just noticed that Incoming caller id info is not displaying on one of my tv's. It works fine on other tv's in the house. I tried resetting the Gateway and I restarted the DVR. Problem still exists.

The u-verse program guide states "getting information" for all channels. Why is that and can I fix it?

Channel 53 ABC is and has been blocked in my area for over a month. When will it be back up? I am exploring other means of TV viewing, and will be leaving soon if this isn't resolved.
