Watching U-verse TV

We have been experiencing outages on our HD channels but if we go to SD channel it works. Tried the usual by doing number of reboots and it's still happening. Local weather, search, and on demand all the show the error "failed to load resource" with uverse tv. I have power cycled the receiver and unplugged and replugged the power 3 times and still have the same issue
