Watching U-verse TV

Had cable cut, Technican fixed it. Internet worked for computers but never tested TV's.

Local weather, search, and on demand all the show the error "failed to load resource" with uverse tv. I have power cycled the receiver and unplugged and replugged the power 3 times and still have the same issue
