Watching U-verse TV

I've tried restarting by pressing power button the front of box for 10 seconds; unplugging power cable from back of box for 10 seconds; unplugging power cord from wall and from plugged into surge protector (with 10 sec. intervals) and down arrow, OK and Power buttons... everything suggested by the c

For example, if I want channel 123 the TV will go to channel 1. If I want channel 321 the TV will got to 3. How do I fix? I think every thing else will works.
