Watching U-verse TV

I am an Uverse 300 subscriber, which includes Showtime. All of the sudden , I cannot login onto Showtime Anytime. User ID and password are correct. Any suggestions or ideas as to what's happening?

I have spent forever trying to find the ID so we can use the Uverse app. My login for My At&t is my email address but I can't login to the Uverse app with it. I've never created an Uverse ID. Help!!

I just noticed that recordings expire after 90 days! Can AT&T get rid of that option so you can keep them forever or no?

It has been several days now and on demand still not working! Tried restarting/ rebooting receiver as well as plugging out gateway and plugging back in. Thus, On Demand not responding. The circle in the lower right hand corner just keeps spinning and not loading video!

I have U-verse. When it all goes down, there is no U-verse forum. I can't find a category for U-verse. Also I don't know if I have AT&T Internet or AT&T fiber or DSL on U-verse. I never know where to post.
