Samsung Smart TV and Uverse Fiber Connection
Every time I go to the APPS home page on my Samsung Smart TV, it always says that I am not connected to the internet. I ALWAYS have to enter my WI-FI password, which is VERY annoying. What can I do to keep the TV active on the internet? Thanks for your help.

How do I search by station name for a channel number?
Without having to scroll through the entire directory, how can I search by the station name to find the channel number? The stations are sorted by number, not name. Or, is there a way to change the sort to alphabetical?

I received a very professional sounding call from AT&T Direct TV offering me half off of my Direct TV monthly bill. I returned the call to 866-787-0107 and again a very professional voice led me to an "agent" with an eastern accent who processed my request. Looking back on it, the professional voice

Why does the ATT U-verse App require access to my photos, videos, location, etc.?
The ATT U-verse app wants permissions to location, phone, storage, media files, etc. Why would I grant that?

AT&T U-verse Login Failed on my Android phone. The U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later
I have confirmed the correct login, by logging in using my laptop. I have a good internet connection, cleared cache and cookies. This used to work. Now it doesn't.

Bounce show on ION
The show, Johnson, on Bounce Antenna TV was reported to also be shown on ION (195 on my Uverse) but it does not show up on ION on my U300 plan - I would like to record it but I can only see it on antenna tv, am I doing something wrong?
